Hi, I'm Rosie.

I'm a miniature long-haired dachshund, professional snack supervisor, and as it turns out the inspiration behind an entire hair accessory business. Nobody asked me, but I approve.

It started like this: my human kept coming home with claw clips. Fluffy ones, cat-shaped ones, ones that looked suspiciously like biscuits. At some point she realised she had a problem and figured the only sensible solution was to share the habit with everyone else.

Where the name came from

"Clipsie" because, well, that's what we sell. "Rosie" because I'm the mascot, the muse, and the reason half these clips exist (the cat ones are clearly a betrayal, but I've let it slide).

Basically: if it's cute, a little bit silly, and makes getting ready in the morning more fun, it's very on-brand for us.

What are we about

Every clip in the shop is hand-picked and curated in Sydney, Australia (sniffed and approved by me, obviously) for being a little more interesting than your average hair accessory. Some are sourced from small makers, some are handmade, and all of them are chosen because they made someone go "wait, that's adorable" before it went anywhere near a cart. We're not trying to be a big fancy brand. We're a small one with a big personality... much like a dachshund, really.
